Rates:

Weddings, Receptions, Parties
Monday through Thursday $50/hour, min. of 6 hours $300
Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to   3:00 p.m.  or
5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
$600
December Rates: Entire month, day or evening (6 hours) $600

Business, Seminar, & Meeting day rates available upon request.

Limited tables and chairs are included in these fees, along with existing lighting.
Rental fees are to cover utilities, maintenance, and services provided.  We are a non-profit organization and all money received in excess of expenses are used for ongoing maintenance and projects.
The first two hours of the time block include the time spent by florists, caterers, musicians, etc., preparing the site for your special event.   The last hour is for the time required to remove various equipment.  For example, if your event is to begin at 7:00 p.m., you should reserve a time block beginning at 5:00 p.m. for set-up time.  Likewise, a 7:00 p.m. event most likely would be winding down by 10:00, allowing time to remove equipment.
