| NOTE: The Frazier family resided in the Log House until 1927 - 60 years. The Buchanan resided in the Log House for 60 years until it sold to the Fraziers. Judge Frazier's son, James B. Frazier, lived in the Log Home during his teen years & was TN Governor 1903-05 | |
| NOTE: Son Samuel J. Frazier & wife, Fannie Whitworth Frazier; and daughter, Sallie Frazier Harris & Husband John Harris lived with their Mother, Margaret M. Frazier until their deaths; except that Samuel's wife, when the land sold, moved to Murfreesboro & lived with her son, Neal J. Frazier, until her death. Neal J. Frazier was born in this Log Home, and later became Dean of MTSU, Murfreesboro, TN. | |
| NOTE: Fannie Whitworth Frazier was a granddaughter of Lucinda & James Buchanan; so, once again, 'Buchanan' descendants of ole James & Lucinda were living in the Buchanan Log House and remained there until 1927. So, perhaps one could say that Buchanans actually lived in the Log House for 105 years! | |
