Tall tales of the residents of the James Buchanan Cemetary. Enjoy another worldly walk of the historic Buchanan Log House Cemetery Tour as the Association for the Preservation of Tennessee Antiquities (APTA) presents a guided event in period costumes on Saturday, October 15, 3:00 - 7:00 p.m.
 
The entertaining and educational trip back in time includes tales of its residents and their families - you may meet friendly Indians, pioneers, Civil War doctor, 1870s Sheriff of Davidson County, Revolutionary War Soldier and others.
 
The guided tour will begin every few minutes, starting at 3:00 p.m, with the last ticket sales at 7:00 p.m.  The cemetery walk is not handicap accessible. The tour is suitable for all ages.
 
The Buchanan Cemetery is located at 2903 Elm Hill Pike, across from Colfax Drive.
