• We welcome both public and private events year-round. Due to limited availability, early booking is highly recommended.

• A 25% additional fee applies for events held on holidays (effective since 2023).

• Our flexible rental packages allow you to bring in your own caterer, and we’re happy to recommend trusted vendors who’ve worked here before.

• ​You may expect the possibility of other activities happening in another area of our grounds on your date.

• As a National Historic Landmark, we ask all guests to enjoy and treat the property with care and respect.
