Buchanan Log House

The Buchanan Log House is one of Nashville’s oldest log homes and a national landmark, preserving over 200 years of family, architectural, and archaeological heritage rooted in the Donelson community.

As a volunteer-run site, our mission is to make this history vibrant and accessible through free tours, public events, educational programs, and rental space for:

• Family celebrations
• School field trips
• Office retreats
• Volunteer groups
